OUR FABRICS
Our showroom features a vast selection of
designer and designer exclusive fabrics and trims from the most
prestigious fabric houses in the world, these are available to
the trade at the published wholesale price. MODUS also offers an
in-stock fabric program featuring a collection of high quality
chenille and woven fabrics in neutral tones, or you may supply
your own fabric or leather.
OUR QUALITY
MODUS is dedicated to building only quality
upholstery. Our custom sofas, sectionals, chaises, chairs,
ottomans and sofa beds are produced one at a time at our Fort
Lauderdale manufacturing facility, and inspected throughout each
stage of the construction process to ensure that the end product
meets the highest standards. Each craftsman is a highly trained
specialist in a specific area of production; pattern making,
fabric cutting, frame building, spring construction,
upholstering, pillow filling and finishing.
As a testament to the confidence we have in our
product, each custom creation is covered by a Lifetime Limited
Warranty.
